Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and compliance with federal/state regulations. Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs and employees while overseeing case management to ensure financial soundness. Investigate client complaints, participate in recruiting and training needs identification, and evaluate services for improvement. Manage caseloads as needed for client coverage and provide staff orientation to ensure competence. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR, and an Associates degree with 3+ years of healthcare experience. Includes a 10% incentive bonus program.
