Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Directly supervise all clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients, ensuring services align with licensing guidelines and agency policies. Manage the clinical program, oversee case management for financial soundness, and conduct regular home visits to verify quality of care. Investigate client complaints, recruit and train clinical personnel, and perform annual employee evaluations for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities while assisting with agency growth. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR certification, and an Associate's degree, with a preference for 3+ years of home health or hospice experience and Medicare Skilled Nursing knowledge.
