Job Summary
Manage clinical programs and supervise all home health staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring services meet licensing guidelines and professional standards. Conduct regular client home visits to verify care quality and investigate complaints. Lead recruitment, hiring, and training for clinical personnel while overseeing case management for financial soundness. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. This role includes a 10% incentive bonus program. Candidates must hold an Associate's degree, active RN licensure, and CPR certification. A minimum of three years in home health or hospice is preferred, along with Medicare Skilled Nursing experience. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Associates degree
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
