Job Summary
Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual employee evaluations while ensuring services are delivered according to licensing guidelines and agency policies. Manage caseloads for client coverage, conduct regular home visits to ensure quality of care, and investigate client complaints. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical staff, while overseeing case management to ensure financial soundness. Plan and develop clinical programs consistent with regional directives and support the agency's growth in home care. This role includes a 10% salary bonus plan and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, 3+ years of RN experience, and Medicare Skilled Nursing knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- ~ Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and a basic understanding of OASIS
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
