Home Health RN Clinical Manager, $10K Sign-on Bonus (Eligible)

Guide, support, and educate clinicians on goal setting, care planning, and clinical decision-making while ensuring clinical documentation, audits, and billing meet Medicare, payer, and company standards. Monitor case management quality, review OASIS and visit notes for accuracy, and collaborate with field-based staff to resolve documentation deficiencies. Participate in hiring, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions; assist with OASIS validation and develop performance improvement plans based on quality metrics. Stay current on federal and state regulations, lead regulatory survey readiness, and provide direct patient care when necessary. Work full-time, 40 hours, M-F 8a-5p with rotating on-call shifts at the South Charleston branch.
