Home Health RN Clinical Manager, $10K Sign-on Bonus (Eligible)

Guide, support, and educate clinicians on care planning and clinical decision-making while remaining available for clinical support during operating hours. Ensure clinical documentation, audits, and billing meet Medicare, payer, and company standards by reviewing OASIS, visit notes, and plans of care for accuracy and compliance. Monitor case management quality, outcome-based indicators, and regulatory survey readiness, then track and report quality metrics to leadership. Participate in hiring, training, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action for clinical staff. Provide staff education on compliance issues and assist with OASIS validation and physician order alignment. This role reports to the Branch Director at CenterWell Home Health in Kinston, NC, supporting a 362+ census team delivering personalized home care. Rotating on-call shifts are required.
