Home Health RN Clinical Manager 10K Sign On Bonus

Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, activities, and employees consistent with agency policy and regional directives. Assist with oversight of agency growth, serve as the clinical expert, and support operational and financial management. Investigate client complaints, participate in recruiting and training needs identification, and evaluate programs for improvement. Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations through policy administration. Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), perform annual evaluations, oversee case management for financial soundness, and manage caseloads for client coverage. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR, and an Associate's degree.
