Job Summary
Manage clinical programs and supervise all RN, LPN, and CNA staff delivering care to high medical acuity clients. Conduct regular home visits to ensure quality of care and compliance with federal and state regulations. Evaluate programs for improvement, investigate client complaints, and oversee case management to maintain financial soundness. Assist with agency growth, operational management, and the recruiting and training of clinical staff. Perform annual employee evaluations and ensure all services align with licensing guidelines and agency policies.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Associates degree
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
