Job Summary
Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, activities, and employees consistent with company policy and regional directives. Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), conduct annual evaluations, and perform client home visits to ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance. Assist with agency growth, operational and financial management, recruiting, hiring, and training needs identification. Investigate client complaints and evaluate programs to identify improvement opportunities. Manage caseloads for client coverage and oversee case management for financial soundness. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR, and an Associate's degree, with 3+ years of home health or hospice experience preferred. Full-time role includes a 10% incentive bonus program and a 10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Associates degree
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
