Job Summary
Manage the clinical programs, services, and employees of the agency, overseeing RN/LPN/CNA staff and conducting annual evaluations. Direct supervision of high medical acuity clients and extended non-licensed support services, ensuring quality care through regular home visits and compliance with federal/state regulations. Assist with operational and financial management, including recruiting, hiring, training needs identification, and investigating client complaints. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities while managing caseloads for client coverage. This role includes a 10% incentive bonus program and a 10,000 sign-on bonus. Requires RN licensure, active CPR, and an associate's degree, with preferred experience in home health, hospice, and Medicare Skilled Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Associates degree
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
