Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, activities, and employees consistent with company policy and regional directives. Provide supervision for all clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients, including conducting regular home visits to ensure quality of care and client compliance with federal/state regulations. Serve as the clinical expert to assist with operational and financial management, oversee case management for financial soundness, and investigate client complaints. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for RN/LPN/CNA staff while ensuring orientation and competence as a Preceptor. Perform annual employee evaluations and evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities. Manage caseloads as needed for client coverage.
