Home Health RN Clinical Manager 10K Sign On Bonus

Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual employee evaluations while ensuring services meet licensing guidelines and professional medical standards. Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs and employees consistent with regional directives, conducting regular home visits to verify quality of care and client compliance with federal/state regulations. Investigate client complaints, oversee case management for financial soundness, and assist with recruiting, hiring, and training needs for clinical teams. Manage caseloads as needed and evaluate programs to identify improvement opportunities. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR, and an Associate's degree, with preferred experience in home health or hospice. Includes a 10% incentive bonus program and a 10,000 sign-on bonus.
