Home Health RN Clinical Manager 10K Sign on Bonus

Supervise all clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while managing caseloads for client coverage. Conduct regular home visits to ensure quality of care and compliance with federal/state regulations. Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs consistent with agency policies and regional directives. Investigate client complaints and oversee case management to ensure financial soundness. Assist with operational and financial management, participate in recruiting and hiring, and evaluate programs for improvement. Provide staff orientation and ensure competence as a Preceptor. This role supports agency growth in home care and requires Registered Nurse licensure with an Associate's degree.
