Job Summary
Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual employee evaluations while ensuring services align with licensing guidelines and agency policies. Manage caseloads for client coverage, oversee case management to ensure financial soundness, and investigate client complaints. Conduct regular home visits to verify quality of care and assist with operational and financial management of the agency. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical staff, while evaluating programs to identify improvement opportunities. This role supports agency growth in home care under the direction of the Branch Administrator.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Associates degree
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
