Job Summary
Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual evaluations while ensuring services meet licensing guidelines and professional standards. Manage caseloads for client coverage, conduct regular home visits to verify quality of care, and investigate client complaints. Plan and develop clinical programs, assist with agency growth, and oversee recruiting, hiring, and training needs. Ensure client compliance with federal/state regulations through policy administration and maintain financial soundness in case management. Requires 3+ years of RN experience, Medicare Skilled Nursing knowledge, and active CPR certification. Full-time role with 10K sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- ~ Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and a basic understanding of OASIS
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
