Manage clinical programs and supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) for high medical acuity clients, ensuring services align with licensing guidelines and agency policies. Conduct regular client home visits to verify quality of care and investigate consumer complaints. Oversee case management to maintain financial soundness while assisting with operational and financial agency growth. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical personnel. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR certification, and an Associate's degree. Full-time role with a 10% incentive bonus program and a 10,000 sign-on bonus.
