Job Summary
Manage clinical programs and supervise RN/LPN/CNA staff delivering care to high-acuity home health clients. Conduct regular client home visits, evaluate programs for improvement, and investigate consumer complaints. Oversee case management to ensure financial soundness while recruiting, hiring, and training clinical personnel. Ensure all services comply with federal, state, and agency policies. Full-time role with 10% incentive bonus and 10K sign-on bonus. Requires active RN licensure, associates degree, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Associates degree
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
