Job Summary
Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual employee evaluations while ensuring services meet licensing guidelines and professional medical standards. Manage caseloads for client coverage, oversee case management for financial soundness, and conduct regular home visits to verify quality of care. Plan and develop clinical programs, assist with agency growth, and investigate client complaints. Recruit, hire, and identify training needs for clinical staff while evaluating programs to identify improvement opportunities. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR, and an Associates degree, with a 10% incentive bonus program available for full-time positions.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Associates degree
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
