Home Health RN Clinical Manager 10K Sign On Bonus

Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and supervise all clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Manage the clinical programs, services, and employees while overseeing case management to ensure financial soundness. Investigate client complaints, assist with recruiting and training needs, and evaluate programs for improvement. Ensure services comply with federal, state, and agency policies through regular staff orientation and preceptorship. Perform annual employee evaluations and manage caseloads as needed. Requires Registered Nurse licensure and an Associate degree, with 3+ years of home health experience preferred.
