Job Summary
Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, activities, and employees consistent with company policy and regional directives. Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), perform annual evaluations, and ensure services meet licensing guidelines and professional standards. Conduct regular client home visits to verify quality of care and investigate client complaints. Assist with operational and financial management, including recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical staff. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and manage caseloads for client coverage. This role includes a 10% incentive bonus program and requires Registered Nurse licensure with an Associate's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Associates degree
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
