Manage clinical programs and supervise all home health staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring services align with licensing guidelines and agency policies. Conduct regular client home visits to verify quality of care and investigate complaints. Evaluate programs for improvement, oversee case management for financial soundness, and participate in recruiting and training needs identification. Provide staff orientation, ensure preceptor competence, and perform annual employee evaluations. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations through policy administration. Requires Registered Nurse licensure, active CPR, and an Associate's degree.
