Job Summary
Manage clinical programs and supervise all home health staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, while conducting regular client home visits to ensure quality of care. Plan, develop, and oversee agency growth, assisting with operational and financial management, recruiting, and identifying training needs. Investigate client complaints, evaluate services for improvement, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations through policy administration. Perform annual employee evaluations and manage caseloads to guarantee financially sound case management. Requires RN licensure, active CPR, and 3+ years of healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Valid CPR
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- basic understanding of OASIS
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing
