Manage clinical programs and supervise all clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring services align with licensing guidelines and agency policies. Conduct regular client home visits to verify care quality and perform annual employee evaluations. Investigate client complaints, assist with recruiting and training needs, and oversee case management to ensure financial soundness. This hybrid role involves office-based clinical workflow and field work as needed. You will report to the Branch Administrator and support the agency's growth in home care.
