Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and manage caseloads for client coverage. Supervise all clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs by performing annual evaluations and ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations. Plan and develop clinical programs while overseeing case management to maintain financial soundness. Investigate client complaints and assist with recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical teams. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and serve as the clinical expert for operational and financial oversight.
