Manage clinical programs, services, and employees consistent with company policy and regional directives. Provide supervision for all clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients, ensuring services meet licensing guidelines and professional standards. Conduct regular client home visits to verify quality of care and perform annual employee evaluations for RN, LPN, and CNA staff. Assist with operational and financial management, oversee case management for financial soundness, and investigate client complaints. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical staff while evaluating programs for improvement.
