Job Summary
Manage clinical programs, supervise RN/LPN/CNA staff, and conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. Plan and develop clinical activities, oversee case management for financial soundness, and investigate client complaints. Assist with operational and financial management while participating in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical staff. Perform annual employee evaluations and ensure services align with licensing guidelines and agency policies. This role involves office-based clinical workflow with field work as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- Associates degree
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- A basic understanding of OASIS
