Home Health RN Clinical Manager 10K Bonus

Manage clinical programs and supervise RN, LPN, and CNA staff delivering care to high-acuity home health clients. Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care, investigate complaints, and evaluate services for improvement. Assist with operational and financial management, oversee case management for financial soundness, and participate in recruiting, hiring, and training needs identification. Provide staff orientation, ensure competence as a Preceptor, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and agency policies. This role supports agency growth in home care, requires Registered Nurse licensure and an associate degree, and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus plus a 10% incentive plan.
