Job Summary
Oversee branch day-to-day onsite operations at the Sandy Springs location, ensuring efficient office functions, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care. Monitor financial, clinical, and operational indicators to manage the budget, achieve revenue goals, and support business development. Recruit, interview, and manage clinical staff and back-office associates while driving optimal patient outcomes through strategic planning and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with clinical leadership, sales, and operations to coordinate patient care activities and foster a positive work environment. This role requires an RN with home health administration experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Homecare Homebase.
Required Qualifications
- Be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Hold an undergraduate degree (associate's or bachelor's) from an accredited institution
- Meet any applicable state specific requirements
- Have experience in health service administration
- Have at least 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health care program
- Possess an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Have Home Health experience
- Have Management and people leadership experience
- Have OASIS experience
- Have Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing home health agency operations
- Have Experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff and developing a cohesive team
- Be Competent in utilizing quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methodologies
- Have Background in fiscal management, including oversight of profit and loss (P&L) statements
- Have Demonstrated experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms, with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Have a valid state driver's license
- Have automobile liability insurance
- Have Driving Capability
- Be Available during all operational hours
- Be willing to participate in professional service activities
- Be willing to participate in an on-call rotation as business needs arise
- Be willing to travel up to 10%
