Job Summary
Join a dynamic care team as a Home Health RN to lead and collaborate in managing patient care plans. A strong candidate will have a valid RN license, a graduate degree from an approved nursing school, and at least one year of RN experience. Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state you work
- Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
- One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
