Job Summary
Monitor and assess company electronic medical records (EMR) workflows and assist with intake processes and admission decisions. Provide clinical support in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Omaha, Council Bluffs, Sioux City, Sioux Falls, and Rochester MN branches, including interim clinical leadership, training, and virtual facilitation for newly hired staff. Requires an active Registered Nurse license, three years of recent home health experience, and expertise with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Oasis systems. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and free continuing education units.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered license in the state of residence
- Expertise and experience with the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) & Oasis experience
- Three (3) years of clinical experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, home care setting, or health facility
- Travel by car between regional offices will be required
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing
