Job Summary
Monitor and assess company electronic medical records (EMR) workflows and assist with intake processes and admission decisions. Provide clinical support across Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Omaha, Council Bluffs, Sioux City, Sioux Falls, and Rochester MN branches, including in-office training and interim clinical leadership when positions are vacant. Facilitate virtual training for newly hired or rehired Clinical Managers and Nurses while acting as a mentor for new Clinical Managers. Requires a Registered Nurse with an active license, three years of recent clinical experience in home health, and expertise in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Oasis EMR systems. Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance are required for travel between regional offices.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered license in the state of residence
- Expertise and experience with the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system
- Three (3) years of clinical experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, home care setting, or health facility
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) & Oasis experience
- Valid and acceptable driver's license with proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Travel by car between regional offices will be required
- Required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
