Job Summary
Monitor and assess company electronic medical records (EMR) workflows and assist with intake processes and admission decisions. Provide support for newly hired, rehired, or promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses through virtual training. Serve as interim Clinical Manager when positions are vacant and act as a mentor for new Clinical Managers. This regional resource role involves traveling by car between Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Omaha, Council Bluffs, Sioux City, Sioux Falls, and Rochester MN branches for in-office training and clinical support. Requires an active RN license, three years of recent home health experience, and expertise with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Oasis EMR systems. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered license in the state of residence
- Expertise and experience with the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system
- Three (3) years of clinical experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, home care setting, or health facility
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) & Oasis experience
- Valid and acceptable driver's license with proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Travel by car between regional offices will be required
- Required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
