Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care to clients in their residences, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team and families. Administer nursing care, develop and revise the Plan of Care (POC), perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments (including OASIS), monitor and reevaluate client needs, coordinate services, and communicate with physicians and other professionals. Supervise and provide clinical direction to other nursing personnel (LVN/LPN, HHA, CNA), participate in on-call duties, ensure timely documentation to meet policy requirements, and travel to patients’ homes in the Las Vegas area as needed. Maintain infection control practices, support discharge planning, and engage in continuing education and professional growth. Requires current RN licensure and a valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally; BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program
- Current State RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation with auto liability insurance
- Hepatitis profile if required for visits
