Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, create individualized care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and support recovery and independence. Build meaningful 1:1 patient relationships while practicing at the top of license. Utilize Epic EHR for documentation. Role offers consistent workloads, predictable schedules, and a supportive nurse-led environment with opportunities for clinical growth. No on-call requirements and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan
- Minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience
- Medical Surgical Experience preferred
- Home health or Hospice experience is a plus
- Strong computer and technology skills required
- Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation
