Job Summary
PRN Home Health RN with psych experience in Hammond, LA. Responsibilities include supervising patient care, coordinating and updating the plan of care, completing Oasis, 485, and order submissions, supervising and orienting other clinical personnel, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Qualifications include a current Louisiana RN license and CPR certification, with 1–2 years of psych experience; familiarity with mental health diagnoses and treatments; prior home health or hospice experience preferred. Required Qualifications
