Home Health Registered Nurse RN PRN Part time

Develop a plan of care through physician orders, client input, and nursing assessment to include medical interventions and measurable goals. Educate clients and family members based on specific needs while properly orienting primary caregivers for optimal functioning. Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes using skills such as phone triage, wound care, infusions, and catheter care. Coordinate the continuum of hands-on client care through documentation and timely communication with physicians and other caregivers. Adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times. Schedule includes Mon-Fri with one weekend on-call rotation. Territory covers Lehigh, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral.
