Job Summary
Conduct full-time home health nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, managing a caseload while providing one-on-one clinical education, coaching, and mentorship to newly hired RNs and LPNs. Perform head-to-toe assessments, triage urgent situations, and deliver wound care, IV therapy, and medication reconciliation in the Denver area. Maintain independent clinical decision-making and real-time documentation while supporting onboarding activities across the entire coverage region. Requires previous Medicare Certified Home Health experience and ability to travel for field-based training.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Colorado
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population
- Experience in acute care
- Experience in emergency department
- Experience in home health
- Experience in hospice
- Experience in ICU
- Experience in med surg
- Experience in sub-acute care
- Experience in rehab units
- Experience in medical or skilled nursing settings
