Home Health Registered Nurse RN Part Time PRN

Develop a plan of care through physician orders, client input, and nursing assessment to include medical interventions and measurable goals. Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes using skills such as phone triage, wound care, infusions, and catheter care while educating clients and training primary caregivers. Coordinate the continuum of hands-on client care through documentation and timely communication with physicians and other caregivers. Schedule is PRN for visit overflow and weekend coverage with SOC, including assistance with on-call rotation. Territory covers Omaha communities. Requires an active RN license in Nebraska or Iowa, valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and a basic understanding of Oasis.
