Home Health Registered Nurse RN Part Time

Develop a plan of care through physician orders, client input, and nursing assessment to include medical interventions and measurable goals. Educate clients and their family members based on specific needs and properly orient primary caregivers to ensure optimal functioning. Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes using skills such as phone triage, wound care, infusions, and catheter care while documenting all interventions and communicating timely with physicians and other caregivers. Monday through Friday part-time visits with a shared on-call rotation as needed in Council Bluffs, IA communities. Requires an active RN license, valid CPR and driver's license, and one year of RN experience.
