Home Health Registered Nurse, RN

Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Spartanburg and Greenville counties, following designated care plans and performing assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, and treatments. Monitor patient conditions, report changes to clinical managers, execute doctor's orders, and perform client assessments as necessary. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet while managing case coordination and time independently. Requires a current South Carolina RN license, one year of recent clinical experience, and prior home care experience.
