Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health in the Metro Detroit area. This contingent, visit-based role focuses on Start of Care (SOC) assessments and supervisory visits, with responsibilities including comprehensive SOC assessments, care plan development, supervisory visits for quality and regulatory compliance, skilled nursing visits, wound care (including wound vac), and tracheostomy care. The role emphasizes independent work in the home setting, patient education, collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and thorough EMR documentation while maintaining compliance with agency policies and professional nursing standards. Ideal candidates have an active Michigan RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and strong assessment and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
