Job Summary
As a Home Health Registered Nurse (PRN) you will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including administering medications, wound care, and comprehensive patient assessments. You will develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to the physician and Clinical Manager. You will educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and treatment options; maintain accurate records; coordinate with the healthcare team; supervise Home Health Aides and ensure proper documentation completion. This role involves driving to patient homes within Tyler, TX, and requires active RN licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. TB screening participation and driver-safety policy alignment are part of the role. The position is part-time with a pay range of $77,200 - $106,200 per year for full-time equivalence; compensation may vary by geographic location and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
