Job Summary
Provide skilled home health nursing services (RN or LPN) in the Greater Muskegon area within AdvisaCare's Medicare Home Health program. Responsibilities include one-on-one patient education, coordination with the Home Health Team, wound care (including Vacs, drains, tubes), catheter and ostomy care, infusions and related procedures, and ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care with adherence to TB/CPR requirements and travel within a 30-mile radius. OASIS experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training available.
Required Qualifications
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Minimum one (1) year of Home Health nursing experience preferred
- Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification required
- Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
- Ability to travel within service area of AdvisaCare (approximately a 30 mile radius from your home)
