Home Health Registered Nurse Lead Preceptor

Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs by providing one-on-one clinical training during home visits and collaborating with the RN Clinical Manager to ensure ongoing staff competencies. Maintain a small caseload while performing assigned duties of the RN Case Manager, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients' conditions, report changes to management, and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet. Execute and properly document doctors' orders and perform client assessments as necessary. Full-time role with a $7,500 sign-on bonus, located in Worcester, Marlborough, Franklin, Leominster, and surrounding towns. Requires a current Massachusetts RN license, accredited nursing program graduation, and minimum one year of recent home health experience.
