Home Health Registered Nurse (Full Time)

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients. In conjunction with the prescribing physician and home health care team, develops and implements a home health plan that meets each patient's specific needs while adhering to regulations and agency policies. Demonstrates the ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and changing situations, as well as manage stress and conflict effectively.
