Job Summary
Provide in-home, one-on-one nursing care as a Home Health RN in the Deer River area, delivering skilled interventions (including wound care, infusions, catheter care, medication management, postoperative and chronic disease management), performing comprehensive in-home assessments, educating and empowering patients and caregivers, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and documenting care to support quality outcomes and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- At least one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
- Current driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain certification)
