Home Health Registered Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' conditions, report changes to the physician and Clinical Manager, and educate patients and families on disease management and treatment options. Maintain accurate records of patient care and oversee the work of Home Health Aides. This role requires current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure, relevant clinical experience, and a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $92,600 to $127,400 annually for full-time employment.
