Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and educate families on disease management and treatment options. Maintain accurate records, coordinate with professionals, and oversee Home Health Aides' documentation completion. Report patient progress to the physician and Clinical Manager. Requires current unrestricted RN licensure, CPR certification, and valid driver's license. Pay ranges from $77,200 to $106,200 annually for full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
