Home Health Registered Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care to patients onsite in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals while monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes. Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment options, and maintain accurate records of patient care. Oversee the work of Home Health Aides and ensure appropriate completion of documentation. This role requires current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure, med surg or ICU experience, and a valid driver's license. Pay ranges from $92,600 to $127,400 annually for full-time employment.
