Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, monitor conditions, and report progress to the Clinical Manager. Educate patients and families on disease management while maintaining accurate records. Oversee Home Health Aides and ensure appropriate documentation completion. Requires current unrestricted RN licensure, CPR certification, and valid driver's license. Pay range $77,200 - $106,200 annually. Required Qualifications
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
